Logins for the PIONEER Online Community are emailed to staff members of companies
that hold a PIONEER license. If you have forgotten your password please use the
password retrieval mechanism to
reset your password. If you have forgotten both your username and password then

Why can’t I register?

The PIONEER Online Community is currently only open to employees of those companies
that hold a PIONEER licence. If your company holds a licence please contact PIONEER
Support to request login details.

Why doesn’t my post appear on the forum?

The PIONEER Online Community Forum is fully moderated. This means that all posts
are submitted for moderation before being posted to the boards. This is required
for quality and monitoring purposes. Don’t worry, your post will be seen by a moderator
soon.
